Join Ghanian chef Patti Sloley and learn to cook three beginner friendly dishes: black bean stew, tomato sauce, and griddled or waffle plantain.
Then enjoy your dishes together for lunch.
All children must be accompanied by an adult, but, if you feel able to, you are welcome to supervise and assist multiple children .
Age 6+ recommended as the workshop will involve using knives and hot-plates.
List of ingredients:
Plantain, black eye beans, onions, garlic, ginger, cayenne pepper, tinned chopped tomatoes, tomato puree, Worcestershire sauce, salt, sugar, black peppercorns and rapeseed oil.
